Official Rules
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Overview
Pride Picks is a skill-based entertainment platform where users make predictions about culture, ballroom, drag, Pride, and live event moments. Users earn Pride Points, badges, leaderboard status, and other in-platform recognition based on accuracy, participation, and contest rules.
Sponsor
Pride Picks contests are sponsored and operated by Pride Picks. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, involved with, responsible for, or affiliated with any Pride Picks contest, promotion, reward, leaderboard, or prediction activity.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to create an account, receive a starter Pride Points balance, claim eligible daily Pride Points, or enter free-play contests. Purchasing Pride Points, subscriptions, or paid features does not guarantee any contest result, ranking, reward, or advantage beyond the stated in-app item received.
Where a free method of entry is required, users may request free entry by emailing support@pride-picks.com with the subject line "Free Entry Request" and including their Pride Picks username, email address, and the contest name. Requests must be received before the applicable contest lock time.
Eligibility
Pride Picks is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in jurisdictions where skill-based prediction contests are permitted. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Pride Picks may limit, suspend, or deny access where required by law, platform rules, fraud prevention, or operational needs.
How To Play
Users select eligible contests, review the available prediction prompts, submit picks before the posted lock time, and receive points after results are reviewed or scored. Picks may include event winners, category outcomes, leaderboard movements, live reactions, trivia answers, or other skill-based prediction prompts.
Scoring
Unless a contest states different scoring, standard scoring is: correct pick, +10 skill points; underdog pick, +20 skill points; perfect round, +50 bonus skill points; wrong pick, 0 skill points. Pride Picks may adjust scoring rules for special contests, live events, tie breakers, or admin-reviewed results.
Pride Points
Pride Points, also called PXP, are in-platform points used for entertainment, participation, rankings, unlocks, and community recognition inside Pride Picks. Pride Points are not gambling chips, casino credits, lottery tickets, or legal currency. Pride Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Houses and Legacy Points
Official Ballroom Houses and Pride Picks Community Houses may earn house points through skill contests, missions, house battles, and admin-approved ballroom legacy submissions. Ballroom Legacy Points are added only after Pride Picks admin review. Submitting false or misleading house, roster, proof, or win information may result in rejection, point removal, or account restrictions.
Contest Lock Times
Predictions must be submitted before the posted lock time. Pride Picks may close, pause, void, or rescore a contest if an event is delayed, canceled, incorrectly listed, affected by technical issues, or compromised by suspicious activity.
Leaderboards And Recognition
Leaderboards may be daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, event-based, city-based, house-based, or all-time. Rankings may consider correct picks, streaks, participation, bonus rules, and other displayed criteria. Pride Picks may remove fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or ineligible accounts from leaderboards.
Fair Play
Users may not create duplicate accounts, manipulate picks, exploit technical errors, harass other users, impersonate people or houses, submit false profile information, or interfere with scoring. Violations may result in loss of points, removal from contests, account suspension, or disqualification.
Results And Admin Review
Some results may be scored automatically and others may be reviewed by Pride Picks administrators. Official results may be based on publicly available results, event host announcements, verified submissions, admin review, or other reliable sources. Pride Picks decisions are final unless corrected for clear error.
Changes Or Cancellation
Pride Picks may update these rules, cancel contests, change prize structures, correct errors, or modify app features when necessary for fairness, compliance, security, or platform operation. Material updates will be posted in the app or on the website.
